Damages and issues

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please send pictures of the damaged items and packaging as well. Please send all pictures to support@crok.shop. 

If your return is accepted, we'll send out a replacement board as quickly as we can.
